• HYDRAULIC OUTRIGGERS

Hydraulic Outriggers are standard equipment on all Retriever SLTs to make it even easier to load heavy implements. They operate independently to allow the operator to compensate for uneven ground when loading and unloading the trailer.

• HITCHING TO A UNIT OR HEAD

The operator backs the trailer up to the head or 3-point implement, lowers the outriggers for stability, and attaches the lift arms or head adapter to the unit to be transported.

• LIFTING THE HEAD OR IMPLEMENT

After attaching the Retriever™ lift system to the head or implement, the load is raised hydraulically to prepare for rotation to the transport position.

• ROTATING THE LOAD FOR TRANSPORT

Once fully lifted by the Retriever™ the operator engages the rotator hydraulic control lever to turn the unit lengthwise on the trailer for transport. After the unit is rotated for transport the operator engages the hydraulic lock system and lowers the unit down onto the lock for secure transport.

• LOADING AND UNLOADING ON HEAD TRAILERS

The Retriever™ can load from, or unload onto, most head trailers, providing the ultimate in versatility.

• 3-POINT EQUIPMENT

There's no need for "lowboy" trailers and a tractor or forklift to load 3-point equipment off the farm with the Retriever™... one man, one truck and the Retriever™ make short work of these jobs!

• LARGE HEADS

Moving large heads, like this 12 row model, is all in a days work for the Retriever™. With tandem heavy-duty torsion axles, the Retriever ™ delivers a smooth ride when loaded.

• HIGH VISIBILITY GOOSE NECK HITCH

The Retriever's high visibility goose neck hitch was designed specifically for Retriever™ application to provide the clearest operator view when backing up to an implement or head.

• RETRIEVER™ LIFT SYSTEM

The Retriever™ features a massive rotation and lift system with 6" x 12" main hydraulic lift cylinders. Cylinder rods are 3" diameter for maximum strength.

• 3-POINT LIFT SYSTEM

The Retriever's 3-Point Lift System makes hitching to 3-Point equipment easier with the hydraulic extendable top link. Lower link arms are equipped with heavy-duty pintle type latches that open widely for easy hook up and feature positive locks to hold loads in place.

• LED LIGHTS

Retriever™ SLT's feature full DOT approved LED lighting. LED lights provide a tremendous reliability and service life advantage over old style "incandescent" type lights. The Retriever's LED lights are estimated to achieve a 100,000 hour service life! The Retriever™ wiring is a plug in modular design enclosed in a braided nylon harness which can be replaced in the future if ever needed with an easy to install, exact factory replacement harness.

• RUB RAILS AND TIE DOWNS

Standard equipment on all Retrievers. Includes heavy-duty rub rails and tie down stake pockets on both sides of the trailer to provide numerous tie down points for securing loads.

• REMOTE HYDRAULIC OUTLETS

The Retriever is equipped with one set of hydraulic remote valves to unfold wing-fold 3-point implements and stack-fold planters, etc., before lifting and transporting. Remotes are conveniently located at the very rear of the Retriever™
